Cornerstone Chiropractic Joined Other Participants at the McKinney Juneteenth Celebration on June 18
Cornerstone Chiropractic was a proud participant at the McKinney Juneteenth Celebration on Saturday, June 18. The community gathered together for a day of honoring African American history, culture and freedom.
As a black-owned business, Cornerstone Chiropractic wishes to thank the City of McKinney for organizing a full day of culture, education, entertainment, fitness, food & fun for the entire family.
It was a wonderful day of celebration and we look forward to many more. Are you looking for a family chiropractor near you? Give us a call or visit one of our clinics to heal better, feel better and live better today. (214) 383-9170
Chiropractors are dedicated to helping you stay limber and healthy. But, how do you maximize the benefits you get from chiropractic adjustments? Dr. Anderson shares ways you can help improve your health if you follow these steps:
1. Always be honest about your health habits (including the bad ones). Your chiropractor can be of more help to you if you share openly about your daily routine, even if that means admitting you have bad posture or that you don’t exercise. Don’t hold back, share how you feel and any new problems that may occur. Always ask questions. Your chiropractor may be able to assist with more than you realize.
2. Make an effort to improve your health. Drink more water, increase your fitness routine, add stretching to your daily activities, and more. If you want to get the most out of your chiropractic appointment and feel your best, be sure to self care and prioritize your well being.
3. Get a massage prior to your adjustment. If your muscles tend to be tight, getting a massage beforehand can help loosen things up. This can make your adjustment more fruitful. At Cornerstone Chiropractic, we offer in-house massage therapy if you want to book a massage with your next chiropractic adjustment appointment.
4. Make consistent appointments. Of course, call your chiropractor if there’s a problem, but don’t make this the only time you visit. Your chiropractor will advise you how often you should come in based on your personal needs.
Chiropractic care is investing in your health. Call and book an appointment today. Feel better, heal better, live better.
